About this talk

Menopause should be welcomed as a wonderful stage in a woman's life, however, it is tarred with images of hot flushes, weight gain, anxiety, and many other symptoms. It does not need to be like this. With the understanding of Yogic and Ayurvedic philosophy and tools, we can learn how to embrace the change and pass-through this stage with ease and grace.
