Resilience is our ability to come back to our centre, to rebound from adversity and to respond to a challenge in a creative way. Resilience is vital; without it, we wouldn’t survive the accumulated hardships, transitions, and stressful situations that are present in even the most privileged lives. Our inner resilience is a natural part of who we are and is a trait that we can strengthen, cultivate and build upon with yogic techniques and attitudes.

Learning Outcomes ● In this mini workshop, we will identify why resilience is important
● Explore techniques to build vagal tone, which is related to our ability to relax and recharge.
● We will also explore how yoga can help us to rewire our brain so we feel supported, positive and balanced in times of change and challenge. ● Be inspired by the yogic theory behind building resilience and experience simple practice that can be integrated and taken into your daily life.
