About this talk

We live in a yoga world that is muscle predominated, our exploration will include movement in relationship to our bones, ligaments, fluid as well as our muscles.

Learning Outcomes ● To have an embodied kinaesthetic experience of the difference between our bone, ligaments, muscles and fluid. ● To become more skilful in the way we interact with ourselves, the way we move and do yoga. ● To experience new ways being present. ● To embody the internal anatomy on a cellular level. ● To learn and embody principles of engagement. ● To open up new areas of enquiry.
